Colombo School of Business and Management (CSBM) was established with the patronage of prominent corporate leaders and institutions in Sri Lanka to promote a novelty in the higher education, professional, executive education and career development arena whilst providing a platform for workforce training, including research and consultancy to assess the gaps in the market and institutions.  CSBM is the only Business School in Sri Lanka governed by a combined structure of both visionary corporate leaders and respected senior academics.

Established as the "Business School for the Nation", CSBM aims at promoting a leadership culture that builds multiple competencies in grooming a generation of corporate and business leaders in Sri Lanka and the region. CSBM is registered as a certificate awarding institution under the Tertiary and Vocational Education (TVE) (Amendment) Act No 50 of 1999. All our educational programmes are in compliance with the Sri Lanka Qualification Framework (SLQF).
