Diploma in Heritage and Cultural Tourism

This course equips students with a critical understanding of how heritage and culture shape tourism practices, highlighting their role in sustainable development, identity preservation, and economic vitality. Students will gain practical skills in heritage interpretation, tour planning, and ethical tourism management, preparing them to engage with one of the most dynamic sectors in Sri Lanka’s future.

Entry requirements

Pass the General Certificate of Education (GCE O/L) + Obtained Sri Lanka Qualification Framework (SLQF) Level 2 or, National Vocational Qualification (NVQ) Level 4 equivalent qualification.

Pass the General Certificate of Education (Advanced Level) examination in any stream.
