1. Diploma in Child and Educational Psychology
Child psychology is one of the many branches of psychology and one of the most frequently studied specialty areas. This course provides students with the essential knowledge and skills to understand and work with children from early childhood to adolescent whilst it deals not only with how children grow physically, but with their mental, emotional, and social development as well. The knowledge acquired from this program is essential for preschool teaching, special needs education, child and social care, rehabilitation, child mental health, school counseling, school administration, refugee and trauma management and in nursing and related fields and many other fields.

2. Diploma in Counseling and Psychology
Counseling psychology addresses the emotional, social, work, school and physical health concerns people may have at different stages in their lives, focusing on typical life stresses and more severe issues with which people may struggle as individuals and as a part of families, groups and organizations.

The problems addressed by counseling psychology course are :
    ?? School and career/work adjustment concerns.
    ?? Relationship difficulties-including marital and family difficulties.
    ?? Learning and skill deficits.
    ?? Stress relief and coping with negative life events.
    ?? Organizational problems.
    ?? Dealing with and adjusting to physical disabilities, disease or injury.

    ?? The development of one’s identity.
    ?? Persistent difficulties with relating to other people in general.

?? 4 Months- Blended Learning (Theory)
?? 2 Months- Physical Classes (Practicals); hands on learning such as Play therapy, Art therapy, Drama therapy, Counseling observations, and etc...
?? 9.30 am - 4.30 pm on Saturdays; session will be recorded and available for recaps.

?  You will receive 2 Certificates from ABE Endorsed Qualification, these two certificates can be attested by British Council  if you're planning to migrate*.
?? You will also receive a Trainee Counselor ID Card from Transmind Care Centre and will be taking Oath as Trainee Counselor at the graduation ceremony of Transmind Campus held at B.M.I.C.H Colombo 7.
