Caregiver Training Programme (NVQ Level 3) Full time/ Part time

This training programme is targeted at any passionate individuals or Nursing Assistants who provide hands on care for sick, elderly and disabled persons. The course modules are mainly focused upon building up a healthy, professional and positive relationship with the clients by ensuring their comfort and peace of mind. This course is available in part-time/ full-time basis.

The successful trainees are awarded the NVQ level 3 certificate by the Tertiary and Vocational Education Commission of Sri Lanka (TVEC). NVQ is an internationally recognized qualification, which will assist the trainees to obtain employment abroad, particularly in countries such as Japan.

Full-time Programme

• Duration - 3 months
• Lectures - Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. (including practical – physical classes) 
• Requirement - Enrollment after O/Ls up to the age of 55 years
• Charges - Registration fee of Rs.5,000/=, Course fee of Rs.95,000/= (To be settled in 3 installments)

Part-time Programme

• Duration - 7 months
• Lectures - Saturday and Sunday 1 – 5 p.m. (Conducted Online)
• Practical - After completion of the online lessons, practical will be on Saturday and Sunday from 8 a.m. – 4 p.m. (physical attendance required)
• Requirement - Enrollment after O/Ls up to the age of 55 years
• Charges - Registration fee of Rs. 5,000, Course fee of Rs.115,000 (To be settled in 3 installments)
