COURSE INTRODUCTION
This is an introductory level course consisting of both basic theory and practice relating to Project management. The theoretical module includes an introduction to project management, triple constraints, project management life cycle, stakeholders and expectations, project quality management, project scope management, project time management, project cost management, project risk management, project human resource management, project communication management, project procurement management, project integration management. The practical module provides the knowledge and operating skills on project management software MS- Project which is frequently used in the project management environment.
