Diploma in Early Childhood Development and Education

This Diploma course is designed to equip students with the knowledge and skills necessary for teaching in preschools and other early education settings. This course teaches you to carefully observe and teach the early, unprejudiced minds of children and to gauge a child’s unique talents and capabilities.

Future Prospects

Upon successful completion of this course of study, you will be qualified as a teacher in an early childhood setting in Sri Lanka and Overseas. Graduates of Diploma in Early Childhood Development and Education and Diploma in Childcare Management can gain direct entry to the second year of the degree program in Waiariki Institute of Technology, New Zealand to complete their Degree program.

Admission to other universities for Degree programs is also possible.
