Overview
This undergraduate degree equips students with practical and theoretical skills in web design, multimedia creation and digital technology to prepare for roles in web development, UX/UI design, multimedia production and related creative industries.
Programme Structure

Entry Pathways
- Accepted NVQ 5 qualifications including Digital Media Technology, Information and Communication Technology, Information and Cyber Security Technology (one year exemption granted).
- Accepted NVQ 6 qualifications including Information and Communication Technology, Information and Cyber Security Technology (one year exempted with some second year modules exempted).
- Accepted NVQ 6 equivalent qualifications including Higher National Diploma in Information Technology, Engineering Technology with ICT subject, Bio Systems Technology with ICT subject, Biological Science with Physics subject, and Physical Science (module exemptions as applicable).
- G.C.E. (A/L) students eligible for weekday programme enrolment subject to vacancy after NVQ students.

- Fundamental computing and mathematics including Computer Programming, Data Structures and Algorithms, Software Engineering Practices, and Database Design.
- Web and internet technologies including Internet Technologies, Web Programming, Web Technology and Applications, UI & UX Engineering, Content Management Systems and Frameworks.
- Multimedia and creative production covering Art and Design, 2D and 3D Graphics, Video Production, Animation, Audio Engineering and Music Production.
- Emerging digital competencies such as Cloud Computing, Fullstack Development, Digital Signal Processing Techniques, Mixed Reality Product Development.
- Professional practice and industry exposure through Industrial Exposure, Work-Based Training and final major project phases.
