As the internet industry matures and new mobile communications come on stream this course aims to equip students with the key skills with which to steer the future of new media. People with such skills are in short supply.

 

This is a broad-based course. It develops both your creative and programming skills as well as addressing important questions such as - Where has the internet come from and where is it going? What makes a design easy to use? How can we exploit the interactivity made possible by this unique medium? As a Web Design and technologies student at NSBM, you will be given a good understanding of human computer interaction, web design and multimedia with practical and theoretical skills required by contemporary web design studios.

 

Web design and Technology course is aimed at the web designers, web developers and webmasters of the future, but the skills that you will develop in computing, interface design, information management, design and multimedia production, are appropriate for many careers in the new media and communications industries
