Horizon Campus is the Tertiary and Higher Education division of the Horizon College of Business and Technology (HCBT) Private Ltd and was founded in 2011.

The special feature of our philosophy of education is to inculcate a sense of innovation and inspiration to succeed and to educate students to develop their skills to be useful and productive citizens contributing to national interests whilst being ethical.   • Intensive English

    This Course introduces the English Language to the beginners, and help in improving on basic knowledge to use in day to day activities. It also lay down the preliminary step to enter into academic career using English language.

  • B.Sc. Banking & Finance

    This degree provides you with an understanding of the way in which financial intermediaries and institutions operate and the structure and functioning of financial markets.

  • Diploma in Pre-School Education

    A comprehensive Child Education Program developed on guide lines from UK, USA, Australia and New Zealand syllabi, Locally and Globally accepted with TERTIARY and VOCATIONAL COMMISSION, Sri Lanka, REGD NO. PO1|498.

  • Bachelor of Education Programme (UGC)

    The BEd programme has been developed to produce competent, committed and dedicated teachers who are much needed for both public and private sector schools in Sri Lanka.

  • Diploma in Bio Technology

    Diploma in Biotechnology offered by Horizon Campus,in affiliation with Nilai University, Malaysia (rated Tier 5, excellent by the Malaysian Qualification Agency in the SETARA 2011; recognized by the UGC)
