This specialization gives the students high set of know-How knowledge of overall Hotel management ranging from Front office, Lobby, Reception, Rooms sections, Restaurants, Cafes, Bar and other all areas of a hotel.
Overview - Specialization in Tourism
This specialization gives students the high knowledge in navigating the travel and tourism industry. Students will study about the local and international dimensions of the tourism industry including Analytical skills, Travel and Destination, Heritage, Leisure, Ethnicity, Management, Presentation, Knowledge of Airlines, Arts, Ecotourism, Cultures, Food & beverages, Hotels, Conferences, Recreations, conventions and Ancillary Amenities.
Overview - Specialization in Culinary Arts
This specialization gives students a full depth knowledge to be a celebrity culinary person to be in local/abroad. Students will study details about the Food Production, Hygiene, Commodities with the extra skills of fast casual, quick serve, banquets and fine dining. Students will have enough hands on practical using our luxurious kitchen.
